We comply with all current regulations regarding the supply of goods over the internet. Product Availability All items are subject to availability. Where goods are not available we will notify you as soon as possible. We wil offer a probable delivery date, suggest other goods which may be suitable or issue a full refund. Payment Methods All transactions take place in Great Britsh Pounds. All major debit & credit cards are accepted. If in any doubt please contact us prior to purchase. We also accept cheque & postal order for offline orders. We accept no resonsibility for late orders caused by incorrect account details. We do not keep any financial information on this website or within our organisation. We use the Secure Epaymants system from HSBC. When purchasing good you will be directed to the Secure Epayments part of the HSBC wesbite where you card information will be processed using their highly advanced secruity. For futher details on this, please check on the HSBC website. We have done this to offer you greater confidence in purchasing from us. In the highly unlike event that you card details are used fraudulently by someone else to make a purchase are are entitled to have a your money recredited to you by your card issuer under the Distance Selling Directive of 2000. Cancelling Your Order You are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Directive of 2000. You may cancel your order without reason up to 7 days after delivery. If you do wish to return any good you must comply with the following:
Delivery Information We aim to sell bonsai & related products of the highest quality. All bonsai are in excellent health when they leave are nursery. We work closely with couriers to ensure that goods arrive in the same condition. All items are sent by either courier or first class post. Orders under approximately 1.5kg in weight will generally be sent by Royal Mail first class. Orders over 1.5kg in weight will generally be sent by courier on overnight delivery. Courier is only used to deliver to locations in England, Wales & southern Scotland. For the rest of Scotland, Northern Ireland & all UK islands, Royal mail first class post will be used. Our courier will deliver directly to the given address. This will take place during working hours. If the recipient is not in to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a calling card with their details. The courier will make two more subsequent attempts to deliver the goods. After the third attempt, the goods will be returned to us. You may be liable for the cost of return to us if you are not available to recieve the delivery after three attempts by the courier and do not contact the courier to arrange collection. Deliveries cannot be gaurenteed for a particular date. We will endevour to meet any requests if informed in advance. Please contact us for details. We will deliver to the stated address given when placing the order. We accept no liability for late or failed delivery should the address give prove to be incorrect. Where this is the case we reserve the right to make additonal charges for delvery. Bonsai trees cannot be exported out of the UK. For all other items, please contact us prior to purchase to get a quote for the delivey cost. Damaged Items In the unlikey event of goods being damaged in transit, please contat us within 48 hours of delivery in writing. We will requie photographic evidence of damage.
Bonsai trees are living organisms. Each is unique. There may be slight variation from pictures shown. Trees are subject to changes in season. We Will clearly state if the tree pictured is the one for sale or an example of one which will be dispatched upon purchase.
