Approximate volume 15-18 litres per bag.
Pumice is favoured by many bonsai growers for its ability to hold water, maintain soil structure and provide drainage. It is an ideal part of many soil mixes including evergreen and deciduous bonsai trees.
Do a pro job by using a soil sieve and separating the larger grains from the smaller ones. Keep the large grains for bigger trees and to use as a layer in the bottom of your bonsai pots, to aid drainage. We also wash pumice before we use it to remove dust.
