The festive season is fast approaching, and we want to make sure your Christmas is as joyful and stress-free as possible. To help you plan ahead, here’s everything you need to know about ordering in time for Christmas delivery.

• Trees are starting to sell quickly at this time, so best to order now. 
• On the order screen, there is a text box. Please type us a message with your ideal delivery date.
• You can also include gift messages in this text box.

We’ll see this and plan accordingly.

Notes

• Best not to leave delivery until the last minute. Deliveries occasionally get delayed by a day or two, especially with busy couriers at Christmas. If we leave it to the last moment, there isn’t much we can do.
• It’s a busy time of year for you too, so if there is a safe place where deliveries can be left, it’s helpful to know in advance.

Trees in boxes

Trees are fine in boxes for about a week at this time of year, so it is possible to leave them unpacked – but only for a few days! It is far better to fully unpack them.
